Mold Design- Injection tools for plastic

Use standard parts from the catalog as Meusburger, Hasco and we deliver you the BUM (Bill of materials) list in PDF & Excel format which enables you to easily order!
Identify any customer part issues that may cause molding and proposed solution!
Prepare prints- blueprints for all components with proper dimensions needed and distribute them to the appropriate department for manufacturing (in PDF format).
Design molds that can produce a high volume of products while minimizing material usage and production times!

Design electrode - Graphite Milling

You get the finished program processed for your machine (.cnc,.h, fanuc) as well as the list of used milling machines with detailed instructions in PDF format. The operator of the CNC machine just takes the center of the piece and runs the program.

Use your milling cutters (slot, radius, ball nose mill) and I already have a database of the most famous manufacturers such as: SECO, Sandvik, Mitsubishi milling cutters.
Make programs for every part of the tool that the worker cannot do manually!
We work independently and can also work in a team! We give suggestions for improving the quality!
Create programs for milling steel (raw material 1.1730, hardened material 1.2343), aluminum and copper!

Make programs for graphite electrodes with the necessary reductions as -0.2mm/ per side with a complete understanding of how eroding works, and how graphite is milled!

I design the electrodes, after that I do the milling program for them and giving centers to erode on the machine!
Reading the drawings, I pay attention to what needs to be eroded and what needs to be milled on a piece!
I understand how erozimat works, the erodir machine! And accordingly, I design the electrodes and use the optimal correction of the electrodes, so that the machine uses its full potential!

After 15 years of working in the field Plastic Injection Mold Tool Design and CAM-CNC programming we opened a company that provides these services!

Many years of experience in creating programs for milling steel, aluminum, graphite on 3-axis and 5-axis machines! Gained experience working in real tools shops for various companies for over 15 years!

We plastic injection molding tools & die casting. Our most complex projects were for the automotive industry.

Know the complete tool making process, from the very beginning to the final stage of injection molding and offer a complete software solution as well as support during the project!
